You should expect four things out of any training session.

3) Conditioning

4) Fun


Training will be 2 hours long (pending sunlight)

WHO CAN COME

Anyone who is interested in playing Aussie Rules in any capacity is welcomed at training. STLAFC welcomes all.

WHAT TO BRING

1) Boots/Cleats

2) Water/Hydration

3) Athletic/Comfortable clothes

4) Mouthguard (optional)
