First match of 2011

This weekend marks the opening match of the Blues 2011 season! We'll be pairing up with the Cincinnati Dockers and traveling to Louisville to take on the Kings. This will be a full length match between the three clubs, who combine to form the Ohio Valley River Rats. This will be a great start to the season to get prepared for the talented opposition we'll be facing this year. The match will be held at 2 PM at Seneca Park in Louisville. Post game festivities will take place around the corner at the Frankfort Avenue Beer Depot.

Also, a few members of the Blues will be traveling to Chicago on May 21st to play in a match as part of a Midwest all comers team against the Ontario Football League's representative team. Two games will be played and we are unsure of which game our players will be in. Three young upstarts, two of them played on the U23 USA Revolution team last year in Toronto, will be making the trip.
